Molding Solutions is a family owned custom injection molding company located in McHenry, IL – just 45 minutes from Chicago O’hare airport. We have been providing custom thermoplastic injection molded product to a wide variety of customers in North America and around the world. Our 28,000 square foot facility is comprised of the latest injection molding machines ranging from 88 tons to 425 tons, secondary finishing operations including plastic welding and pad printing, assembly, quality control, engineering, and a staff of highly knowledgeable and talented people.
